My family were travelling from Trivandrum to Mysuru, as Indian railway doesn’t have any connection train concept ,we had to book Trivandrum to Bengaluru and from there to Mysuru separately.
Now The train from Trivandrum to bengaluru delayed by 3hrs (bangalore express 16525 -started on 21st Dec 2018) and we missed the other train from Bengaluru(Golgumbaz express-16536 on 22nd dec 2018) due to that .
I cancelled the second train which is from Bengaluru to Mysuru and the refund amount was 0 (zero).(TDR couldnt be filed)
And let me tell you this is not the first time. During last vacation also it was same and almost took 24hrs to reach mysuru from trivendrum and the train was Garib rath(late by around 4 hours).
We had similar experience with short distance too, our family frequently travel with train as it is the comfortable which is available currently to travel with kids and senior citizens.
Please take action and refund the amount to us.
