I ordered a suit from Punaya.com and the quality of the suit delivered was worst. The colour of the suit was different. It was not as the one shown in the picture. I tried to return it because it mentioned hassle free return. I got it for 1600 rupees. The company stopped responding my mails. Did not even respond on facebook. The number from which they called me to confirm my order, did not answer any of my calls. Not just me, there are numerous other people looted by this company. I am ready to give the cloth back, I just want my money. I even threatened them to go to consumer court. They are not scared of law too.
