Dear Sir
I am Manjunath P, ordered Pulse Oximeter for my aunt, CoronaPatient(order no: 402-3812086-8242769 order date:5-May-2021 order Total:2349/-) got delivered on 11-05-2021.But in that there is no Pulse Oximeter it is in teared position, my aunt didn’t noticed that and bill is also not there instead 1 mask and Half pears soap was there. On the same day i made a compliant to Amazon customer care. They told that they will investigate on this and told me to call on 17-05-2021. Again i made a call to know the status but they told that we underwent investigation and product was delivered and we can’t able to refund/return. But we didn’t received the product.please look into the matter and do the needful.
