I ordered a ptron earbuds and i did not get the c-cable charging wire and the ear cushions are also missing almost, looks like they sent me a used earbuds while i gave a complaint to there team they put a replacement but i did not get anything till now and in the app it shows my replacement order is delivered. No one is helping i paid 1000rs for the buds. My registered email id is modelbybirth555@gmail.com
