Text of Complaint by Deep Mathur:

I was approached by your sales team repatedly for a family plan. It involved porting of a no from airtel to Vi.

Your executive cam for verification of documents and was supposed to deliver the sim card, which was told to me later.

My mobile has been switched off for 3 days now. Your complaint cell had informed that the issue will be resolved by 6PM today, however, no one has even bothered to contact me.

I would request a sim card be provided to me at my residence immediately.
