An employee of Jio whose name is Vikaram, his number is (+916305800346) . He provided wrong information to us that all the channels of all languages will be working. As he is an employee of Jio who assured this, we took the plan called Silver plan in jio fibernet.
We are charged Rupees 3500/- for installation and setup box and router. later we noticed that all channels are not coming. Ee TV is not coming, TTD channel is not coming.
When we asked him he told to search in google. How the hell can you say that all the channels of all the languages are working?? I want the money back and please take away all the setup boxes and routers. We want the disconnection of this one. Very frustrated. Vikram stopped lifting my calls also.
I want a call back on this please. Any manager or anyone. This is not fair. Giving wrong information for customers and taking money and acting like fools after that. Shame!
