On 4th August, I ordered a pair of Skechers Men’s wind swell sandals and delivered on 10th August. But because of some size issues, I want to replace the item but I didn’t find a replacement option in App so I called customer care for help and she said there is no option for replacement and advised me to return the item and re-order it with exact size. And she said I will return the item and she asked me if I should choose Amazon Pay or Bank Account for refund and she also said if the money comes into Amazon pay, you cannot add money into the bank account. So I told her to choose to bank Account and I added my bank account in amazon and she conformed with my bank account and said the money will credit into your bank account. But today on 11th August the money was credited into my Amazon Pay. After knowing this I again called customer care and asked for help then they said that we are unable to do anything the money will not be added to your bank account. But I have Re-ordered the sandals for Cash on Delivery which has to be delivered between 12th-19th august and I asked them can I pay money for my order with Amazon pay at the time of delivery. But they are even doubtful on that
Please help me this issue
