I have raised an Exchange of medium size apparel to get small size apparel, but unfortunately I got the Packet stating that the Apparel is Small in size, the item was XL.
I asked Call center Executive, to help me with the Replacements but they denied to do the same, inspite of their mistake they are always asking Customer to compromise.
Call Center Executive from Escalation team named “Amina” was Unable to Resolve the query of the Customer, she directly Denied of Providing me with the Resolution.
