I, Bivek Mathur, booked a bus for our journey from Manali to Jammu on May 20, from Redbus on May 19. At the time of booking, the Redbus’ digital space promised to provide us Tanishq’s 2*2 AC bus but at the time of travel we have been provided a different low-standard bus. This has resulted in loss of money as well as mental torture to this complainant.
