On 23rd Dec night I placed an online order for food on the Zomato app. I used my ICICI bank credit card to make the payment so I should get a Rs 250 discount. I also contacted the support and informed them that i need the GST bill for the order to claim.
I was assured that i will get the invoice within 1-2 hours of placing the order. When I placed the order i did not get the discount that the app was showing for the ICICI bank card. and from 23rd till now Zomato is not providing me with the correct invoice. The invoice shared with me is for a lesser amount and they have removed 1 item from the bill.
Also I have tried reaching them multiple times over chat but nobody has helped me to get the correct GST bill. I have paid a total of 1612 however in bill they are showing it for 1236 which is a complete cheat. I am feeling cheated and harassed from their behavior and wanted to complain against them
I asked them
Where is the 1missing item and where is the discount for applying for an ICICI bank credit card? Why is the delivery charge above free and then Rs45 was charged even though delivery was showing free at the time of placing the order?
Please send me the correct GST bill and refund me the delivery charges and card discount.
