On 15th Oct night I placed an online order for food on the Zomato app. I tried to download the invoice, only then I noticed a difference in the amount I paid and the amount mentioned in invoice. I also contacted the support and informed them that I need the correct GST bill for the order to claim.
Food ordered amount: 1546.38
Invoice received for: 1176.04
I am feeling cheated and harassed from their behavior and wanted to complain against them
I asked them where is the 1missing item. They mentioned unserviceable items will be listed in the bill but they will just charge me GST and other taxes for that item. Also they have charged me for delivery which was mentioned to be free at the time of order. This seems to be a complete forgery case.
Someone please help me get justice for this.
