I called customer complaint care no.198 . I asked him/her how to stop auto deduct validity service they told me dial *444*24# then i dialed this no. Then 25 rupees deducted from my accout again although my outgoing service till 11march after the deduction they had expanded validity 28 march .
I want a requested take the action who provided the wrong information to customer and waste of our time
