I recharged my VI network with the amount of 98rs in which it was mentioned on paytm that benefits I’ll be getting is unlimited calls and 200 mb data for 15 days but what I got is 9 GB of data with no calls and validity. When connected with VI customer support they said that 98rs recharge is for data pack not for service validity, so I asked paytm to do something needful on it as it was their mistake, they mentioned the wrong details but no actions has been taken they even stopped replying my messages. I really want to file a case against them.
