I want to replace or return the product because this product damage,broken show hair line crack,and without Bluetooth switch delivered but main original envelope without damage the reason I received Currier.
I informed mi customer care no without open the original mi packet broken that I call her customer executive and also mail attach pick sealed pack than when her executive advice me dint worry open the pack and found damage please share picture your link and also mail when I received pack and open the pack inside broken this then I try customer care no but not connect at last connect 29 November evening same day mail with broken pick. I again request you please proper investigation my complain as soon as possible.
but they refuse any refund or replace the product and reply this again &again “I would like to inform you that as I can check with your details and compliant number WOIN20211129000669, our team has informed you that we have investigated from our end and found that the product was delivered in intact condition. Hence, we will not be able to process the damage request.”
