it is therefore submitted that I am orderd an INFINIX NOTE 10 PRO Mobile through FLIPKART on 18/06/2021 for the purpose of teaching through online classes for my wife, she is a teacher, the specifications of above mobile ie 64 MP back and 16 MP front camera is sufficient for online classes. when this mobile was received on 26/06/2021, i felt some defect with-in hours , that camera quality is very poor ,as per description sown in flipkart the perform of 64 MP and 16 MP camera is very poor , battery backup very low, heating during online meeting and also some screen touching issues felt in this. totally this mobile not good for online classes .A good Teaching profession also depend up on the acting but in this mobile ,face impression can not be detected, face on a dark coloured.
as per the return policy i submitted a return request to replacement the same day but flipkart not accept my requests and sent a technician for resolve the issues. my difficulties produced before technician he checked my phone and doing some settings but problems of camera, battery back-up touching issues are still continued. technician realised the genuine issues in mobile he said that ” I understand the issues of this mobile are genuine I will submit a report regarding this mobile issues to flipkart”. After technician visit my return request was rejected. I contacted with customer care of flipkart for the reason of rejected my return request, but thre reply was shocking me. He said that your mobile issues are completely resolved during technician visit your phone is now ok. It is mentally harassed me and I am again applied for return request for replacement which is rejected without any reason/information. Due to continuous in touch with customer care of flipkart they are provided for a second visit of technician with in 07/07/2021 but I waited up to 10/07/2021 ,unfortunately the visit has not done followed by my return request has been rejected with out any information . I am continually in touch with flipkart but no any information calls comes from flipkart side. they are harassed me due to 2days,5 days extended to saying that take an action in this problem. After contacted with flipkart customer care, the officials say that “this is not our responsibility we gave a concealed box of mobile we don’t know what is inside the box you will contact with INFINIX company for further reference” this is not a proper way of conciliate a costumer. I bought this mobile through flipkart checking the features that they offered for this phone through description on their website. I believed this and I paid money to them so they are responsible to resolve my problem. But flipkart wasted my valuable time, and mentally harassed me and being a genuine customer they are not ready to take necessary actions against my issues
hence keep in mind the problems that I faced for all these days, the issues regarding my mobile phone and mental harassment and exploiting my valuable time it is requested that the amount RS.16999/- paid for phone is kindly refunded.

I am already filed a compliant against flipkart to National Consumer Forum vide Docket number:-2855071
