Hi,
I have taken Jiofiber connection long back and now paid 9200(approx) on 12th Aug,2020 on 6Months plan for a promised speed of 250 Mbps as per jio, now the plan is changed and renamed as GOLD plan for promised speed of 150 MBPS. Am not getting the speed which i opt for and paid, even customer care is just raising a complaint when i approach them but technician who has to resolve the issue talking badly without respect saying we cant help. But i have 9000 and not able to get the required speed , technician and customer care not at all resolving the issue. I need your help on this issue to get resolved.
