I purchased a Samsung M40 phone from Amazon worth Rs 14000/- under YONO CASHBACK OFFER in which they Promised to provide me 10% cashback(Rs 1400) for payment via SBI Debit card and additional 5% cashback(Rs 700) as Amazon Pay Balance but despite of Several contacts with customer care who promised to provide the cashback and solve my issue nothing is done in the last 31 Days. So Kindly Help.
