I have booked a flat in TGS constructions Pvt. Ltd., under project by name “ROCKFORD”, which is supposed to be start form the month of December. As per agreement and MOU i have paid 20% which is 9.6Lak out of 32Lak in total.
Now the project is on hold and not processing further. Later when inquired, I got to know that around 5000 people with 30+ project gone miss leaded and all are in soup.
Now the case is with CID, Kindly help us in getting back our hard earned money back.
