I registered with Professionsfy on May 24th by paying Rs:4199 to help me with my job hunt. I have been dealing with mostly Mr:Vinay Aggarwal – Global HR Head(Ph: +91 80522 96917) from Professonsfy and occasionally Mr:Harsh and Ms:Kavya (Ph:+91 73480 31636) used to call me. Vinay told me that an interview was arranged with HSBC, Kochi over Skype on 29th May for the post of Associate Director. When the call started the people on the other side, (I still do not know whether they were from HSBC) said that because of a firewall issue on their side the video is not working and the interview was postponed to 30th. On 30th an audio call interview on Skype was done (Again I do not know whether the person was from HSBC) post which Vinay told me that I have been shortlisted and soon Final Face to Face interview in HSBC Kochi office will be arranged.
He asked me to pay Rs:15,650 for the verification report which I did and he told me that this amount will be fully reimbursed within a couple of days. I also submitted all the documents required for verification. Please find attached the transaction details. He asked me to pay another Rs24999/- for activation of the Job Code which I did not pay saying that I will pay it once the final Face to face interview in HSBC Kochi office is done.
He again contacted me on Friday the 2nd of June saying that my verification report has come and it is green(fully compliant) and that HSBC would like to do one more interview before the Final round. Also Rs:15,650 will be refunded latest by June 3rd. This interview happened on Saturday the 3rd of June, again on Skype as an audio call(Again I do not know whether the person was from HSBC). Subsequently Vinay called me to say I have cleared this round also and the Final round will be held next Friday (June 9th) in HSBC Kochi office. He again asked me to pay another Rs24999/- for activation of the Job Code to which I said I will pay it only after the reimbursement of Rs:15,650. He then got angry and said he will not reimburse it to me.
I took up the matter with the Compliance team of Professionsfy on June 5th and I got a reply on June 7th from a Dr:Arati Mohapatra saying that Rs:15,650 will be refunded after 30(Thirty) working days. As I don’t trust them as they have not kept their word so far and also since I feel like this is just a delaying tactic, I replied saying that I would like to get the refund latest by June 8th, to which there has been no response at all.
Please help me to get the refund of Rs:15,650 at the earliest.
