We were cheated of Rs.400 through the online ecommerce portal called www.productsvilla.in in May 2020 when we ordered for a product but they never delivered and then we found their site not working.
They do not have any contact number to call and they do not respond to the multiple emails sent to them.
I am going through multiple cases here of same nature. If you are really concerned about consumer court and cases for people against these cheaters then please respond with what you can do to help. Otherwise people will start feeling the same about this website too.
