I Ordered 7.5 Kg Of Impact Whey Protein (2.5kg * 3) From Myprotein.Co.In On 12/03/2023 And Received Delivery On 15/03/2023.
To My Surprise All The 3 Packs Were Dated Manufactured 10/2021 And Expires 04/2023.
I Immediately Got In Touch With Myprotein Customer Support And Filed A Complaint As Protein Expires With In A Month .
I Was Asked To Wait For 3-5 Business Days To Hear Back From Their Investigation Team With A Proper Resolution.
However, It’s Been 10 Days Now And Even Now Their Response Is Same, Asking Me To Wait For 5 More Days Without Any Resolution.
I Need A Replacement Of The Items Or Atleast Refund Of My Money.
