After three months of use, my Nykaa lipstick unfortunately developed a fungus issue. I reached out to their customer service for assistance, but was met with disappointment. They refused to take responsibility for the product, citing that it wasn’t purchased from their online store or flagship store.
This lack of accountability was frustrating, as I expected a reputable brand like @MyNykaa to stand behind their products, regardless of where they were purchased. The fungus issue not only raised concerns about product quality but also highlighted a lack of customer-centricity in their service. Overall, this experience has left me with a negative impression of @MyNykaa lipsticks and their customer service. I would caution others to be wary of their products, as the quality and support seem to fall short of expectations.
