I ordered 150 units of Whispers (combo of Ultra clean XL+ for women sanitary pad) through flipkart from the seller Shreyas Retail Private Limited ( GSTIN 19AAXCS0655F1ZV. FSSAI License No. 13321999000230. PAN AAXCS0655F) on 12/07/23. Order ID is- OD428599045779073200. The order was delivered on 13/07/23. I opened the package in presence of the delivery executive. It was only 50 units of whispers at that time. I told the delivery executive to take back the product. But he did not do so and advised me to register a return request through the flipkart app afterwards. I registered return request several times but in vain. Everytime they declined to approve my request. I have contacted several times to the customer care executive. They have harassed and misguided me. They told me that they would send a link through email and I have to upload a image of the product. But no such mail is send to me. Now they are blaming me for not uploading the image. I have been following up since 13 th July for replacement or refund. But I have not found any sollution till date. Please help me.
