I am very sorry to say that I’m disappointed with the services been
provided by online shopping Myntraand it’s delivery partner Ekart. The product which delivered from Myntra through Ekart is totally different from the
product which has been delivered with the correct invoice product name.
Now, when I have request you to take back the wrong product been delivered to me it has been put on hold/ rejected by your delivery partner Ekart. It has been told that the product is either damaged, used or tag is missing which is not true. It’s almost going to be one month if that happens u will only reject telling that the product exchange period is Over.
Kindly do check the details of the order and do the needful as soon as
possible.
