I received a defective product from Amazon India. The product claims: WeCool G2 Gimbal for Phones with LED Fill Light, Anti-Shake 1-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer with 360° Rotation with Bluetooth Remote, Auto Balance for Vlog, for YouTube Live Video Recording, with Mobile App. But on arrival when i checked the product i realised it is not what it claims. Its non working auto balance, anti shake is just a quote….not true to even 1%. After reviewing i contacted amazon customer care and they promised me a one time resolution by return and refunding the product. However, they backed off. On checking with them repeatedly they kept saying they cannot refund or return the product. I am sharing the chat with the amazon customer service and the so claimed leadership team (which i think is not true) with you for reference. As a customer i would love to buy a product that does what it claims and is not a waste of money. But Amazon India is being unethical, unprofessional and extremely hurting customers. Please look into this. I am attaching the documents and images. I m unable to attach all images…I can share further details on email query if its possible from the honorable consumer courts side if possible.
