We have order a chimney against ordered no 405-7890705-9636343 in last oct-2019. Then till date many calls for this product but not support from Amazon side. They reply called to product customer care but no one help. Due to product is ducting is faulty and minor length provided. No value of my money. Kindly help and provide us my money. they told me no any money to be refunded by us. and use defective product.
