I ordered an Analog watch via order no. 23703639IQBD9DDC93 date 18th Jul-2023 for GIFTING to my daughter. Expected date of delivery is 23rd JUly-2023 but after continuous follow up and complaint, product not delivered to me and they are ensuring that product delivered today morning, afternoon, evening and this fake promises gave to me for 2 days and in last movement company cancelled the order by yourself and said for some ground level problem.
amount not credited in my account and take the same in there wallet.
Pls can company explain what about the promise which i give to with my daughter and in last movement how can I arrange gift for her. I have experienced worst with this kind of fake name company which run with big and sentimental name firstcry and do not have any emotion for kids.
