I ordered a product on 31-oct-2018 and order Id is 6417611531. And received it on 11-Nov-2018. The product I ordered and the product I received weren’t same. So I had requested for a return of the product. I received a return pickup message from paytm and product was returned to BLUEDART_RETRUN QC on 14-Nov-2018. On 14-Nov-2018 night after the product pickedup by them, I got a message that my return was rejected by the seller. So I contacted customer care,they said the refund would be given soon.But Its been nearly 1 month I didn’t receive my refund of Rs.962 yet. I have been contacting the customer care for the refund, but I didn’t get any proper reply from them.Please try to solve the issue and get back my refund.
