Hi,
I booked Panasonic 1.5 to 5 star split AC in Flipkart app on 12th April 2023. Out For delivery status updated on 25th May 2023 and courier person made a call to my father on 25th and asked the route for provided delivery address while booking product. Courier person didn’t come to my home and he didn’t deliver the item but he updated as delivered in the app. I raised a complaint on this issue on 26th May still they didn’t resolved the issue and closed the issue with attached message on today. Could you please help me here I didn’t receive the product but still they are saying product was delivered by courier partner.
