I had order a product called Realme Buds Wireless Pro ANC Yellow Colour which was fake product later a replacement has been provide but this time product was missing from the box. With in 15 i had complaint about it, also make video opening of the box ( Which is being attached ) . No one asked asked about box opening video i was make. Today customer executive said that i Can’t help. This is serious fraud with me .
please help me in this regards
As earlier video was compress as requirement of video should be below 20MB so this is original video which is 220MB

Please cheak the Video and take appropriate action
