Text of Complaint by KHETESHWAR CHOUDHARY:

I had ordered a Giva’s 925 silver classic ring from amazon costing Rs.2468/- on 21st July and amzon had delivered me the package on 23rd of July. But when I open the packaging I get to know that nothing was inside the box. And box was empty. I have made a unboxing video in evidence at the time of unboxing. After that I informed amazon customer service about the issue and the registered a complaint and raised an investigation and requested me to wait till 29th of July. Today when no response I had received from their side i again contacted amazon customer service. When I reached them they stated that right item was delivered to u on right time. I provided them photos and unboxing video of missing item and empty box. Even after that they didn’t respond and started cutting my call from their side. I called them 10 to 20 times again and again they put me on hold for sometime and then dissconneted call from their side. After this I again tried to contact them but this time they had blocked me from calling to customer service and closed the complaints. This misbehave and rude behaviour from amazon was totally disgusting and dissappointing. I have a proper evidence in form of unboxing video that there was noting in the box. Please help me to get my proper resolution. This level of fraud is totally stunning for me. Plz help me to raise my complaint in consumer court. I wants my resolution ???.
