This is to inform you that I had buy one product on 06/02/2022 but the product was different and I returned a request raise on 06/02/2022. Product was picked on 07/02/2022 but my refund is not credited to my account. When I call to customer care on 14/02/2022 then Mr. Abhishek told me that we can’t refund your amount because we have received different products. I want my refund , my question is why is denying , where is my fault. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
