I have ordered CASIO W-218HC-8AVDF Youth Digital Watch from flipkart on 24th of march, product was delivered on 29th of march, It was open box delivery and at the time of delivery I found that inside watchbox warranty card and user manual was missing. I inform delivery partner and denied the delivery, he told me its company policy to accept the order and request for return. else he will be penalized. So i did the same and raised the return request. on 29 th of march itself. Not Its been 14 plus days no resolution was provided, pickup was denied 3 times by delivery partner. customer care always told me issue will be resolved. and cancel the old ticket and open the new request. and increase the resolution date. Now today on 13th april they are selling they can’t process request for return as It was open box delivery and last date of return was 8th april.
