FLIPKART ORDER ID- OD224957181716553000 , PRODUCT ORDERED ON 16 MAY 22 AND ITEM YET TO DELIVERED BY 18 MAY 22 BUT UNDELIVERED. THEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE PERSONAL FOR ITEM INFORMATION THEN THERE WERE NO INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCT, SO I ASKED FOR CANCELATION THEN THEY SAID CANCELATION IS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO PRODUCT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY(THERE IS NO PRODUCT IS OUT FOR DELIVERY SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED) BUT I DON’T KNOW A PRODUCT IF OUT FOR DELIVERY ON 18 MAY 22 THEN AFTER 3 DAYS WHERE IT IS ? WHY I COULDN’T CANCELATION THE ITEM ? I PREPAID THE ORDER SO I WANT MONEY REFUND ASAP AND ALSO PENALIZED TO FLIPKART FOR THERE IGNORANCE AND NO CONTROL WITH SELLERS.
