I wish to inform you that I m not happy with your customer service due to 2 instances:-
1) One item(Pack of 3 T shirt) I returned (purchased & delivery received on 03/06/2021amounting Rs 473/-) which was taken by your delivery boy on 04/06/2021 but not updated to your site/package as he doesn’t ask for OTP.
After waiting for almost 25 day for payment ,I call today to your support team for payment of return item that was not credited to my account & received a reply that they will look into the matter.
After few hours again a call received from delivery boy for picking up returned item parcel that was already picked up on 04/06/2021.
2) I booked one item on 25/05/2021 that was auto cancelled due to some technical issue but for the same my account was debited for amount Rs 192/- dated 25/05/2021but still amount was not credited to my account.
Please look into this matter on urgent basis & resolve the issue immediately otherwise your team will forced me to use some other mode for recovery.

I returned the product to meesho as the quality was very cheap but didn’t get the refund
