I am a garment seller on Glowroad and follow their guidelines to dispatch the products.
Some orders were returned by the customer, and after receiving those orders we followed Glowroad’s guidelines and recorded unpacking videos, and found the original products were stolen and used items are kept in the packet. And when we complain to Glowroad, they are saying that the customer has received the same product which is returned, and as proof, they shared an image clicked by the customer.
I raised a complaint with Glowroad and asked how they decided that the seller is wrong (I will not blame the customer, because they may have received the wrong product because it may be stolen while in transit), but they do not listen to the sellers. For any reason, if the product is stolen, finally the seller has to bear the loss.
Glow road doesn’t have any appeal mechanism, and they don’t care about the losses of small sellers like us.
Please help us and small sellers like us. I am attaching the email conversation with Glowroad’s support team. In last 15 days I have faced 4-5 instances, but Glowroad is not listening anything.
