Hi Team,
on 3rd december 3 blouses was picked up by shadowfax courier company to return this product to houseofindya.com, order id for these products on house of indya is 1745548,, (High Street Essentials Pvt Ltd
Plot No-1C/2, Sector 16, Greater Noida(West),
Gautam Buddha Nagar,Uttar Pradesh- 201306
India ,
the product price is around 10k and the awb number for these products is R197634524FBN and the status is still showing as picked up, its been more than 1 month now and the seller house of indya is not refunding my money though they have only arranged this reverse pick up of the products, now after so many emails they are saying they have not received the product and they are not checking with their delivery partner shadow fax, so my money is stucked from more than a month so this complain is on shadow fax and on house of indya.com too as they had arranged reverse pick and they are not checking the status with their delivery partner and not returning my money, they are keep on refering the old products which they have received in september but this product was pickep up on 3rd december, so my money is stucked, please ask them to refund my money to house of indya, and to shadowfax where are the products, why the status is still picked up
