I ordered 33 books but I have received two small package with 3 booka in one package with a shipping label mentioned as 3 quantity and another package with just 1 book with a shipping label mentioned as 30 quantity. I raised a request with Flipkart for the missing packages and got refunded only for 18 books and for other 11 book it got rejected. So I called the customer service and they have asked me raise the request again. Post raising new request again it was rejected. When I called customer service and asking them to help with either a refund or replacement as I need these books in urgency but they were just repeatedly saying it was rejected by the seller and they can’t help as our policy. While speaking 3 times they disconnected the call. Really worst experience. Now I lost my money and book as well.
