My product from meesho has to be delivered on 7th may it wasn’t delivered but it showed delivered then i called customer service they told they will look into it, then again i called again they said look into it then i received mail that my product was delivered. I called again so they said it was delivered they cannot help me. Even though i kept saying it is not delivered and even the delivery agent is not picking call, they said cannot help sorry, I called again today again no help. They are saying it was an otp based delivery even though i didnt receive any otp they said their backend team looked into it and they said cannot help me even though i kept saying not delivered. I asked them im not lying you can call your delivery agent and confirm he said I cannot do that you call him yourself and ask.
