I ordered shoes from Flipkart. It was prepaid order. On 29th April Flipkart marked it delivered but I didn’t receive the product. I raised querry through their website but they told it will get resolved by 4th May. After two days they marked the query as resolved. Getting pissed off I call them again stating what has happened and again they raised querry. Same thing happened again and now they are telling it will get solved by 8th May. They are not giving any contact number of delivery person or delivery hub. They always tell concern team is working on it, but no result. I want my refund.
