Text of Complaint by MELVIN VIJOY:

Service technician visited home on 2nd March 2024 as the Eureka forbes vacuum cleaner was in out of warranty they charged INR 530 service charge+ INR 1260 for the motor replacement before the issues being resolved. once service completed I informed the technician to do a test whether the vacuum cleaner is working fine, But the same moment it got burned in front of the technician and he told me he will come and do the free service once the new part arrived, post that I did not get any updates. I have been continuously chasing the customer support through multiple emails more than 20 emails. But unfortunately not getting any response from the concerned team apart from the auto acknowledgement emails. Call center number connected to multiple agents only fake promises of call back and commitment but no use yet. I have all the proof and still waiting to get my issue resolved.
