Hello Support Team,
On 3-June-2018 I have purchased “Dell Vostro 3268 Desktop” (PaytmMall Order Id: 5295641592) with price cost 33999/- and I have received the product items.
Now from last month my Dell Monitor is suddenly not working properly as it’s continuously flickering.
As my purchased item “Dell Vostro 3268 Desktop” is within warranty period. So I have opened a case with DELL support team.
According to Dell support team they cannot provide support because of in the Invoice copy product serial & service tag number has not mentioned.
And unfortunately the soft as well hard Invoice copy which I have received from Paytm end that no any serial number mentioned in the bill.
After that I have opened a case with Paytm support team and requested to provide a new duplicate Invoice copy where product serial & service tag number needs be mention.
I have already send my Invoice copy and photos of Product (Dell cpu & Dell monitor) along with their serial & service tag number
Now Paytm support team asking for share the photos of product box where serial number mention and it doesn’t make any sense.
So I am requesting here, please help me for this issue. As from last two weeks I am just moving here and there. One side I am chasing with Dell support and another side I am looking response from Paytm. Alover it’s really acceptable.
If Paytm selling any product then proper bill should be provide with complete information and if in case somehow information not mention then it’s need to take care by Paytm end.
I am looking positive response from your end.
