I ordered a Malabar gold pendant, i see that the product finising is not good , so that I requested the return and my return is approved from Flipkart, the courier picked my product from me on 26th June 2022 , but refund is not initiated and return is in cancelled state .
I call flipkart many times , almost 50+
They give me date of 3 July , then one cs told me wait 24 hours , again next 48 hours and 48 hours , but in help section my issue shows resolved ,but no call , email i was received from Flipkart , i requested call back ,but every time they just miss call , or disconnect if i receive the call, or they send message that “we are trying to call you but did not connect”.
I totally frustrated from their services, they just frauding and looting coustomers.
