Hii iam jenifer, i have placed on order through meesho app for 525rs order no – Order Number: 389587903
I was delivered wrong product on 17/5/21 so i raised a return request and returned the product on 19/5/21 but they have still not refunded my money even after a week, have called the customer care multiple times but they give wrong information and dont help, also i was promised a call back in next 8 hours from the customer service manager/supervisor by radhika (customer service agent) which never happened.
Iam attaching my return sussesful message received from the pickup agent, please help me get my money back.
