I ordered a Helmet from Amazon. Order Id is – 404-4154811-5317140 I received defective helmet so i returned it. As return have multiple tracking ID so i don’t know on which tracking ID product was picked. Product picked on 9 July 2021. Tracking Id’s are – 512901583150 / 512900402193.
Delivery boy whose name is Govind Kumar Jha picked this product from my home. Please tell me how i share call recording so you can hear it also. I Escalated complain to all team of Amazon but all are saying the same that pick-up was not done and on another hand delivery boy is saying that he submitted my product to warehouse successfully please help me here i want my money back.
