Text of Complaint by Abhishek rai:

I ordered the prestige iris 750 watt juicer of amount 3248/- on july 20th but after delivery i found it not compatible and requested refund on 22nd july just the same day when it was delivered. But, each time when pick up scheduled by amazon it get failed and false remark of box missing showed on the tracking id. This rescheduling being done by me for 4to 5 times and finally product was picked up by amazon agent bearing mobile number and messages as “Your return pickup for 406-2111333-2299544 is scheduled for today and will be picked up between 7:00AM-7:00PM by AmzAgent(8826938568) “ on 8th August 2022. But status is still not updated and refund is being extra ordinarily delayed at amazon’s end. I am deeply aggrieved by the service and lack of attention paid by amazon staff. I have also been contacted to customer care for delayed refund on 15th August and 18th August but it was assured to refund it in 72 hrs which also get failed.
