I ordered 2 kurtas on 7th May, 2022. It was delivered on 10th May, 2022. However, the kurtas were of very cheap quality and size was not proper so I returned on 11th May, 2022. Total price of both the kurtas were 1046/- (523/- for each) . I have received a refund amount of only one product and for other product it is still pending. The refund amount I need is 523/-. Its been almost a month. I have called multiple times to customer care, everytime they say that the refund will be initiated in 2-3 working days but still I haven’t received any refund yet.
