Dear Team,
I ordered one iPhone 11 by Amazon, delivery boy come to home for delivery but OTP has he enter is invalid and we do not want to return it but he told us that tomorrow he will again come and deliver but when we get mail and msg that order is returned automatically. We call to customer care but there is no as such response. The product was not damaged and in status as updated like product is damage and return. We get the loss as we book iphone in offer. Kindly provide us that product which was we ordered in offer.
Status changed by delivery boy who come to our house not by customer end. Kindly resolve and call us 9770131077 /9407126454
