Dear Team,
I had order shoe order ID 402-3976453-7403525, I got single pair of shoes in box, so i have applied for return, it’s been more than week but still my refund not credited, Now today I have contacted customer care executive she told me that warehouse informed that shoes was used or local product received. I don’t understand how can I use single pair of shoes and about local product at the time of return your executive checked shoes and also had word with his senior because in box only one pair of shoes, he checked the quality of shoes is same or not. Then how shoes are local or used product.
