Text of Complaint by Digambar Chavan:

I have ordered Check in luggage trolley by American tourister from Amazon. After I received the product I have noticed that product size is too large for international travel and as per the Air travel (Air India) guidelines trolly dimensions allowed up to 158 cm, while product I ordered was having dimensions up to 166 cm.
So on 27 June I have requested return of my item as this order was eligible for return up to 30th June. My first pick was cancelled without even any single contact to me and then I called Amazon customer care to arrange the pick up for my item, they have arranged pick up on 29th June but again pick up has cancelled without any contact and when I checked updates on Amazon app it was showing that verification has failed. Again I have raised this issue to Amazon customer care they promised me that we will arrange pick up again and this time it will be successful but again it has failed, I had contacted
delivery person (Number I have received from Amazon) and he denied he said I am on holiday. After this incident again I called Amazon customer care, everytime someone new person is talking to me arranging my pickup. But nobody is coming to pickup my item and without even contacting me single time they are cancelling my pick up from there end. My last pickup arranged i.e. on 10th July is again cancelled by saying that courier network issue.
I will be traveling to Australia for my studies on 19th July, before that I wanted to return this item but Nobody is coming. Please help
